Round two - late. Sorry!!! Here I am though, with my card for the Dueling Darlings on SCS. Our great group of girls have created some dog gone fun this month.
Carol, was our hostess. She sent the most adorable papers and images to choose from. I saw the little dog that I used on my card and laughed. His little face! Of course I have deemed him a boy.
Since the largest dog show is in the month of March, I had to share a great video that I watched earlier this month and tucked away in my mind for my post. Our friends have a dog that looks just like this one and I had to ask why she doesn't do this when we play AC DC!
Carol asked us to share if we had a pet growing up and what their name was. I had a great Siamese cat named Su-Ling. She was awesome. I used her as my baby doll. Really, I did. I dressed her in a human onsie and would put her in the basket of my bike and we would roll out to play. She looked best in the yellow terrycloth, with the cute collar and snaps onsie. We took her tree climbing, on the swing set, down the slide and I even tried to take her into 7-Eleven to get a Slupree once. She was the best pet ever!
Here is my card for the duel. Now I can go and check out the rest of the girl's cards - so excited! You can see them too. The blog links are on the right sidebar.
Have a great day!

Tami, this card was well worth the wait... just too cute... and yes, HE is definitely a boy!
I loved hearing about your childhood cat. Sounds like you two had some great adventures. Question: Do cats like slurpees???
WOW WOW WOW Tami, WHat a great card I love how you used the kit and the layout you used. Great card my friend...I also love your cat story...she must have been a very patient cat or you must of had a lot of scratches....lol. How fun to have this wonderful memory. THanks for sharing...So glad we are duelers together.....
Darling card- such a fun, fun card! How fun to hear about your cat- you had me in stitches imagining how that cat looked dressed in a onesie : )
Oh so adorable Miss Tami and worth the wait, my friend! What a cutie!!! Hopefully Mia wasn't upset at seeing a DOG card made in the house - LOL!
Tami--this card just makes me smile, as much as your stories......... I love the fussy cut image and the layout too!
I too had cat that I dressed up and pushed in a very old buggy--think wicker--when I was little. Her name was Midnight and she was all black. I think I could pretty much do anything with her and she was purrrrring along!
awww Tami, this is such a sweet card...
love the color combos and the sweet cute immie too :)
We always had cats in the house (but also a couple dogs in later years)
and my DD was doing to her/our cat same thing as Barb: dressing her upo, taking her out after school wearing a bonnet and inside a doll buggy....she was even drinking milk from a baby's real bottle and holding her bottle up too! I miss Kecia (her name)
One of the many greatest cats we owned ♥
