I am so lucky to be a part of the Mystery Challenge Swap! It is a great group of girls from SCS, who swap mystery images every other month. Thank you to Barb, our hostess this round, for a great image and fun swap.
I do not know what has gotten into me this past month, but I kept thinking that I had so much time for this swap. Well um, I didn't! I actually had my cards in the works for quite some time, but needed to finish them up.
I was bored at Lowe's while DH shopped one day and grabbed some paint chips. I used them for the upper left panel and snowflake. They worked pretty good. Although I felt like I was stealing taking six of each. I asked the paint guy if I could pay for them. He looked at me like I was Home Depot Nuts!
All this winter card making makes me want to get some cute boots! It rarely snows here, but I think that these Coach boots would be perfect with my parka. Kinda girly with the faux fur, and super cute with the patent leather look. Much better than my boy looking Columbia boots. Something to think about! ;)
Here is Prescott from Whipper Snapper. He is a doll and was so fun to work with. I cannot wait to see what the other mystery swappers have in store for us.
Have a great day!
