Dueling Darlings - November

Shut the front door!  Yep...I am blog posted on time for the Dueling Darlings from SCS this month!  I know!!!!  I cannot believe it either.

Suzy, sent out the cutest kit.  Frogs were the theme, since we are all hopping around all of the time it seems.   I can attest to that!  This cute image is from Penny Black.

Speaking of hopping, I have not been doing too much of that lately.  I twisted my ankle on some uneven pavement last week in the parking lot at work. Totally bit the dust!  Computer bag, tote bag, water bottle, keys splayed all over.  Twisted one ankle, landed on my other knee.  I totally cussed - and loud!  Skinned my knee and my whole body is sore.  What in the world?!  It took four days for the bruises to come out.  I have had a totally fat ankle.  DH was calling it my cankle - you know the one where you cannot tell where the calf stops and the ankle starts?!  LOL  I have been very good to each leg since and about ready to go now, just not hopping!

Be sure to see what the other girls have created.  Their blog links are on the right side bar.  I cannot wait to see!

Dueling Darlings - October

Just one month away from being caught up!   Terry my partner in crime and I were hosts for the October round of the Dueling Darlings of SCS.

We were super original and used Halloween!   LOL  Truth be told, we were both in races against time with personal life projects at the time to send out kits.  We chose something we could easily execute and get out to the group on time.

I love this little Miss from Red Rubber Designs.  I have had the stamp for a long time, but had never used it.  Now all of the Divas used it!  They made the most adorable cards.  Check them out at the Dueling Darling links on the right side bar.

Hope you all had a great Halloween!

Dueling Darlings - September

September, yay!   I am getting closer to catching up!!!

The Dueling Darlings from SCS made the cutest cards for September.  Terry, sent the Divas a great kit.   Thanks, Terry!

Our image was from Stamping Bella, Edna Loves Chocolate.  Well Edna, so do I!  Is it bad that in high school The Eye Batter (remember my friend that could bat her eyes and boys fawn?!) and I would make a 9 x 13 pan of fudge, cut it in half and each eat our half with a diet coke?!  Holy smokes!

Well, no fudge today.  Just this card!  I used the super sparkly paper that Terry sent.  I had a die cut that I had never used and tried on this.  Boy, I had to run that through the Cuttlebug a few times to cut it, but in the end it worked!

Thinking I will need a piece of chocolate by day end......{wink}.
