Hello Everyone!
I missed you all since we have been gone....I bet you thought I might have fallen off the edge of the Grand Canyon! Well, I did not fall but was scolded by my DH that I was too close to the edge. I got a "not one more step"! You know I did, right?! LOL
It has been a whirlwind since we have been back. Thus, me being late for the Dueling Darlings March post. Kadie, provided the cutest kit this month. I just loved the contents. The image is from My Favorite Things ala mode 'Wishing You Luck'. Thank you for the kit, Kadie. I cannot wait to see what all the Dueling Darlings have created with it. You can see too! Their blogs are listed on the right side bar.
The challenge portion of our duel this month is to share a recent RAK (random act of kindness) we have initiated or been the recipient of. Well, I cannot tell what I have done....ssshhhh it's a secret.....so I will share the second option of some way I have been blessed. There are so many to choose from, but to narrow it down lately I feel blessed to have such great family and friends. They really highlight each day.
Speaking of friends, Melina has a challenge going on over at Twisted Tuesday Challenges. You need to go check it out! The challenge for the next two weeks is to create a project using banners with the twist of adding pearls. Fun!
Since I was short on time (that is a nice way to put it!) I combined the Dueling Darlings by using Kadie's kit and images, with Twisted Tuesday Challenges March 19th Challenge. Here is the card that came together. I hope that it meets everyone's criteria.
I usually have a YouTube song that I listened to while creating my card. It is late, I am tired and so I went to my default...Pandora Classical Solo Piano. I have no clue who those artists are! LOL
Oh and you probably want to see a picture of the Grand Canyon. Here is one that I think was from the "not one more step" area! Enjoy!

Your card is BEAUTIFUL, Tami! Love the way you used the image. I never would have thought to do that.
Now, that Grand Canyon picture........ I absolutely KNOW I wouldn't have gotten that picture because I would have been too terrified to get that close to the edge. ;)
